Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use Worress on a TV?
On a supported Android TV device, open the Worress TV experience and sign in if prompted. Use your remote's directional buttons to highlight a card and select it. The TV home offers mindfulness, breathing, worries, analytics, courses, community, settings and Beri. TV mode is device-dependent; a regular phone or desktop browser may show “TV Mode Not Detected.” Some TV screens are previews rather than live account views, so use mobile or web for managing your information.
How do I explore mindfulness on TV?
From the Worress TV home, select Mindfulness with your remote. The TV screen lists sessions such as Body Scan, Gratitude and Sleep Meditation. Select a session to see its available on-screen controls, or use Back to Home to return. Availability depends on TV mode and your device.
How do I start the TV breathing exercise?
Choose Breathing on the TV home screen, then select Start. Follow the on-screen prompts to breathe in, hold and breathe out, each for four seconds. Select Pause to stop; Back to Home returns to the TV menu. This is a visual exercise, not medical treatment.
Can I see my progress on TV?
Choose Analytics from the TV home to view the TV progress display. Its figures are currently built into that screen, not drawn from your account, so do not use them to track your own worries or mood. For your account data, use the analytics area on web or mobile.
Can I manage my worries on TV?
The TV home includes a Problem Management card, but its current TV screen displays example worries rather than your account's list; selecting an item does not open a live worry detail. Create and manage real worries on web or mobile instead.
Can I take courses on TV?
Choose Courses from the TV home to see the TV course display. The course cards there are currently built-in examples and do not open a live course detail or save your progress. To take a course and track it, use the web or mobile course area.
Can I join a community group from my TV?
The TV home has a Community display, but the groups shown there are not an interactive account-linked group list. Use Community on web or mobile to browse and participate in available groups.
Where do I change preferences for TV use?
Choose Settings on the TV home to see the TV settings overview. Its notification, privacy, appearance and language cards are informational and cannot currently be edited there. For available preferences, use Worress on web or mobile.
How do I choose a subscription?
Open Pricing to compare the plans offered for your platform, then select the option you want and review the checkout details before confirming payment. The purchase flow varies between web, iOS and Android; use your real payment method only when you intend to buy. If you belong to an organization, ask its administrator about your access.
How can I change or cancel my subscription?
Sign in and open My Subscription to view your plan and available management option. Web purchases use the billing portal; subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are managed in that store's subscription settings. Check the displayed terms and renewal date there before making changes. Organization members should ask their organization administrator about billing.
Why hasn't my subscription status updated after payment?
Return to My Subscription and refresh to check the current plan. If a purchase is missing, use Restore Purchases in the iOS or Android app where available, or check the billing account used at checkout. If it still does not appear, contact support with the purchase date and provider; do not send card details.
Where can I see my plan and credit balance?
Sign in and open My Subscription from the account navigation. The page shows your current subscription, credit balance and credit history when available. You can review credit transactions there without needing to inspect technical IDs.
How do I upgrade from the free plan?
Sign in and open My Subscription. If you have an individual free account, choose Upgrade to Premium to see the available plans on Pricing. Review the current price and terms for your platform before buying.
What if my subscription comes through an organization?
My Subscription shows your organization's name and subscription status if your account is part of one. Choose Go to Organization for the organization area; contact your organization's administrator if you need a billing or access change. Individual subscription management options may not appear for organization members.
Where can I review my credit purchases and use?
Open My Subscription and look at Credit Balance and Credit History. The history lists transactions with a date, type, amount and payment provider when available; purchases add credits and eligible feature use may deduct them. If an entry looks wrong, contact support with its date and description.
Can I view My Subscription on my phone?
Yes. Sign in on your phone and open My Subscription from the account navigation. Scroll to see your plan, balance and transaction history; if the history table is wider than your screen, swipe horizontally within it.
How do I admin dashboard?
1. Log in as admin user 2. Go to /admin 3. Admin dashboard displays with:
How do I suggest a correction to a help answer?
If a FAQ answer is unclear or out of date, contact Worress support and include the question and what needs correcting. The public help area does not let users edit or delete published answers.
Where can I find help about a course?
Open the course on web or mobile and check its available description and help information. If a course instruction needs clarification, send the course name and your question to support. Course FAQ generation is an editorial process, not a tool for learners.
Why isn't my community tip visible yet?
Community contributions may need review before they appear. If you submitted a tip and cannot find it, check for any status or message in the community area, then contact support if you need help. Do not post private information about yourself or others.
How do I follow up on a support request?
Open Support Tickets to review your requests and available replies. You can also use the support chat widget to start a request. Include the issue and relevant steps, but never share passwords or payment card details.
Why am I not getting email or text reminders?
Check scheduled reminders and notifications in Notifications & Reminders and confirm that your account contact details are correct. Privacy Settings has general push and email choices, but the deadline and overdue preference switches are not available in the current screen. Email or text delivery also depends on the channel being configured for your account. If expected reminders still do not arrive, contact support.
Can I sign in through my organization?
If your organization offers single sign-on for Worress, use the sign-in option or instructions provided by your organization. Availability depends on its setup. If your organizational sign-in fails or no option appears, contact your organization's administrator.
Who receives system notifications?
Some operational alerts are sent to designated administrators, not to every Worress user. To manage your own reminders, use Notifications & Reminders. If you need your organization to receive a different type of system alert, ask its administrator.
Can I edit an answer in the Help Center?
No. Published Help Center answers are managed by the Worress team. If you spot an error, contact support with the question title and the correction you suggest.
What should I do if text or email alerts never arrive?
Check Notifications & Reminders, your account contact details, and your phone's notification settings where relevant. Look in your email spam folder as well. If the problem continues, tell support which alert and channel you expected; service email and SMS setup is not something you need to configure yourself.
Why can't I see my organization's sign-in option?
Single sign-on is available only when your organization has set it up for your account. Use the sign-in method your organization provided, or ask its administrator to confirm your access. Do not enter identity-provider credentials into an unfamiliar form.
What if my organization's SSO sign-in does not work?
Try the sign-in link supplied by your organization and check that you are using the right work account. If you get redirected back or see an error, share the error message with your organization's administrator or Worress support. SSO configuration is handled by your organization, not in your personal settings.
Why can't I access an organization feature?
Your organization may limit access by role. If a feature you need is unavailable, ask your organization's administrator to review your membership and permissions. You cannot grant yourself a new role through your personal account.
Can I sign in to Worress with Face ID or Touch ID?
Worress does not currently offer its own Face ID or Touch ID sign-in switch. Your device or password manager may offer biometric autofill for saved credentials, depending on its settings. Keep your regular sign-in method available.
How do I add a photo from my iPhone?
When a Worress form offers a photo attachment, tap Camera to take a picture or choose an existing image. Allow camera access if your iPhone asks. If the camera does not open, check Worress or browser camera permissions in iPhone Settings, or use the file picker instead.
How do I dictate a worry on iPhone?
On the worry capture screen, tap the microphone and allow access if prompted. Speak your worry, then review the recognized text before saving. If dictation is unavailable, check microphone and dictation permissions on your device, retry, or type instead.
How do I receive reminders on iPhone?
Open Notifications & Reminders to review scheduled reminders and alerts, and allow notifications for Worress in iPhone Settings if you want device alerts. Set a due time on an action for a relevant reminder. General push and email choices are in Privacy Settings; the deadline and overdue alert switches are not currently exposed. Delivery depends on the channel and device permissions.
Why don't I feel vibration when I tap the iPhone app?
Some interactions in the native app use haptic feedback, but not every tap or error has its own vibration. Check your iPhone's haptic settings if you expect feedback; vibration is optional and does not affect whether an action was saved. Look for the on-screen confirmation.
Can I unlock Worress with my Android fingerprint or face?
There is no dedicated Worress biometric sign-in setting at present. Your Android device or password manager might use fingerprint or face unlock to fill saved sign-in details, but this is managed by your device, not Worress. You may still need your password.
How do I take a photo in Worress on Android?
Where a Worress form offers photo attachments, tap Camera and allow access when prompted. Take or choose a picture and check that it appears before submitting. If the camera option fails, review app or browser camera permissions on your phone, or try selecting an existing image.
How do I use voice input for worries on Android?
Tap the microphone on the worry capture screen and allow microphone access if asked. Speak, then check the text before saving. If nothing is captured, check Worress's microphone permission in Android settings, retry the microphone button, or type your worry instead.
How do I get Worress notifications on Android?
Review scheduled reminders and alerts in Notifications & Reminders, then allow Worress notifications in Android's app settings. Set an action reminder if you want a relevant alert. General push and email choices are in Privacy Settings; the deadline and overdue alert switches are not currently exposed. Device settings and configured delivery channels affect which alerts arrive.
Can I turn off vibration in the Android app?
Some native Worress interactions may give haptic feedback. Use your Android device's vibration or haptics settings to adjust how your phone responds. Not every interaction has a vibration, so check the screen to confirm that an action completed.
Where can I compare subscription plans in the iPhone app?
Open Pricing to see available plans and their displayed purchase details for your platform. Review the price and renewal terms shown before confirming an Apple purchase. My Subscription shows your current plan and, when applicable, options to manage or restore purchases.
How do I subscribe on iPhone?
Open Pricing in the iPhone app, choose an available plan and follow the Apple purchase prompts. Check the price and renewal terms before approving the payment. Then return to My Subscription to check the plan shown on your account; if it is missing, use Restore Purchases there or contact support.
How do I restore an iPhone purchase?
Sign in to the Worress account you used for your purchase and check that your iPhone uses the same Apple account. Open My Subscription and tap Restore Purchases if shown. If your subscription still does not appear, contact support with the purchase date and Apple receipt details; reinstalling the app is not required.
Where do I manage an Apple subscription?
In My Subscription, use the Apple subscription management link if available, or open subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Apple handles changes and cancellation for purchases made through its store. Check Apple's displayed billing date and terms for when a change takes effect.
What if my Apple purchase is not showing in Worress?
Open My Subscription and try Restore Purchases on the iPhone used with your Apple account. Make sure you are signed into the expected Worress account. If the plan remains missing, contact support with your purchase date and receipt reference, not your password or full payment details.
Where do I find the main sections in the Android app?
Use the app's visible navigation to move between your worries, activities and account areas. Buttons and menus may be laid out differently on different screen sizes. If you cannot find something, open the navigation menu rather than looking for a particular Android design element.
How do I go back in the Android app?
Use the on-screen Back control where available, or your phone's Back gesture or button to return to the previous screen. If a form has unsaved changes, review them before leaving. Behavior at the home screen depends on your device; it is not a way to save your work.
Why do Android system bars look different in Worress?
The status and navigation bars are controlled partly by Android and your phone's theme. Their appearance may differ from Worress's page colors. You can still use the Android notification shade and system navigation as usual; a color difference does not change your account data.
How do I use dark mode on Android?
If Worress displays a theme control, choose the dark appearance there. Your Android system appearance may also affect parts of the app, depending on device and browser settings. If a screen is hard to read, report it to support with the screen name and device model.
Where can I see subscription options on Android?
Open Pricing to compare available plans and the price shown for the Android purchase flow. Review the final Google Play payment screen for the amount and renewal terms before confirming. My Subscription shows your current account plan and management options.
How do I buy a subscription on Android?
In the Android app, open Pricing and choose an available plan. Review the details in the Google Play purchase flow before approving it. Check My Subscription afterward; if the purchase is not reflected there, try Restore Purchases if available or contact support.
Where do I manage a Google Play subscription?
Open My Subscription and choose the Google Play management link when available, or open subscriptions in your Google Play account. Google Play handles changes and cancellations for purchases made there. Check the renewal information shown by Google Play before changing your plan.
What if my Google Play purchase is missing?
Check My Subscription while signed into the Worress account you used for the purchase. On Android, use Restore Purchases if shown, and check the Google Play account used to pay. If it still does not show, contact support with the date and order reference, not your password or card number.
What if a button is hidden by the iPhone notch or home bar?
Try scrolling, rotating the phone, or reducing text size or display zoom temporarily. If a control remains covered, tell support which screen and iPhone model you use. You should not have to rely on an invisible button to complete a task.
How can I make Worress easier to read in low light on iPhone?
Try the available appearance controls in Worress and your iPhone's Dark Mode or display settings. Appearance can vary by screen and device. If text or controls are difficult to read, contact support with the affected screen and your display settings.
Can I swipe back or pull to refresh on iPhone?
Use the on-screen Back control or app navigation to leave a page. Swipe-back and pull-to-refresh are not supported uniformly across Worress screens, so do not rely on either to save or reload your work. If data looks old, reopen the page or try again when connected.
What if my phone keyboard covers a form field?
Scroll the page to bring the field or Save button into view. You can also dismiss the keyboard using your device's Done or Back control. If you still cannot submit a form, contact support and include the screen and device you are using.
Can I use Worress on a phone or tablet?
Worress has a responsive web interface and mobile apps. On a smaller screen, some cards stack and longer lists may require scrolling; on a tablet, more space may be visible. If part of a screen is cut off, tell support your device, screen and display settings.
Which Android versions can I use?
Check the app's current listing or installation screen for your device's compatibility; supported versions can change with updates. Keep Android and Worress updated. If installation or a feature fails, share your Android version and app version with support.
Does Worress work on different Android phones?
Worress is designed for Android, but menus, permissions and battery controls vary between manufacturers. If something is missing or not working on your device, check its permissions and update the app; share your device model and Android version with support if the problem continues.
Why does Worress take time to open?
Startup time can vary with your device, connection and whether the app needs to reload information. If it stays on a loading screen, check your connection, close and reopen the app, then try updating it. Contact support if the problem persists.
What can I do if Worress uses too much phone storage?
Check your phone's storage settings for the app's current size; cached files can grow over time. If you need space, use your device's safe cache-clearing options or contact support before deleting app data. Unsynced work could be lost if you clear data or uninstall while offline.
How can I check Worress's battery use on iPhone?
Open iPhone Settings, then Battery, to see recent battery use by app. Your results depend on screen time, network activity and your device. If use seems unusually high, update the app and contact support with your iPhone model and what you were doing.
What if the Android app opens slowly?
Opening or returning to Worress may take longer when your phone is low on resources or reconnecting. Check your connection, update the app and restart it if it appears stuck. If this keeps happening, tell support your phone model and Android version.
Will Worress keep working while I use another app?
You can switch away and return, but Android may pause or close background apps to save power. Save a form before leaving when possible. Reminders and syncing can also depend on your device's background and notification settings; check your changes after reconnecting.
Can Android battery settings affect reminders?
Yes. Android may limit background activity for apps to save power, which can affect when some device alerts arrive. Check Worress notification permissions and your phone's battery restrictions if reminders seem delayed; email or text delivery may have different causes.
How do I allow notifications for Worress?
Open your phone's Settings, find Worress under Apps or Notifications, and allow notifications if you want device alerts. Review scheduled alarms in Notifications & Reminders; general push and email choices are in Privacy Settings. The permission prompt may appear when you first use a notification feature rather than on first launch.
Why didn't a push reminder open the right screen?
Tap the notification to open Worress, then check the related action in the app. What opens can depend on the alert and your device. If it repeatedly leads to the wrong place, tell support which reminder you tapped and which screen opened.
What happens when I lose my internet connection?
Some previously available information and offline-supported changes may remain accessible in the app, then sync when you reconnect. AI features, purchases and other server-based actions need a connection. Check that important edits appear after reconnecting; do not assume everything is available offline.
Will an unfinished worry be there when I return to the app?
Do not rely on an unfinished form being kept when you switch apps; your phone may suspend or reload Worress. Save your worry before leaving when possible. If you were offline, reconnect and check that saved information has synced.
Can I complete an action directly from a phone notification?
Open the notification to check the related item in Worress, then mark it complete in the app. Notification action buttons are not available consistently, so do not assume tapping an alert completes an action.
Which iPhone versions support Worress?
Check the current app listing for device and iOS compatibility before installing; requirements may change with new releases. If you cannot install or update the app, share your iPhone model and iOS version with support.
How do I create a Worress account?
Open the sign-in screen and choose Create Account. Enter the requested details, submit the form and follow any on-screen verification steps. If you already have an account, choose Sign In instead. Creating an account does not require setting up push notifications.
Can I change notification sounds on Android?
Android may let you change a notification's sound or vibration in Settings for Worress, depending on your phone and which notification channels it exposes. Long-press a Worress notification or open the app's notification settings on your phone. You can review scheduled alarms in Notifications & Reminders; it has no sound or deadline/overdue preference switches.
What does haptic feedback mean in Worress?
On some phones, certain taps may produce a short vibration. It is optional feedback, not proof that something saved. Check the on-screen status or reopen the item to confirm a change; device settings may affect whether you feel it.
What if an image is hard to understand with a screen reader?
If an image in Worress does not have enough description for you, contact support with the page name and which image it is. You can also ask for the information in text. We welcome reports of missing or unclear image descriptions.
Can I create a worry with a Siri Shortcut?
Worress does not currently include a dedicated Siri Shortcut for creating worries. Open Worress and use its worry capture form; you can use the microphone there for voice input if it is available and you allow permission.
What can I do if text is difficult to read?
Try your device's display or contrast settings, or Worress appearance options where available. If a label, button or chart remains hard to read, contact support with the screen and your device. We can use your report to investigate; contrast may vary by screen.
Is there a Worress home-screen widget?
A dedicated Worress home-screen widget for today's activities is not currently available. Open the app to see your worries and actions. If your device offers a generic website shortcut, that is different from a live Worress widget.
What if a chart or video is not accessible to me?
Check whether the page offers nearby text or captions. If you cannot get the information you need, contact support with the page and the specific chart, audio or video. Captions, transcripts and text descriptions are not guaranteed for every piece of content.
Can I navigate Worress with a keyboard?
On the web, use Tab to move forward through controls and Shift+Tab to move backward; Enter or Space activates many focused buttons. Some screens may behave differently. If you cannot reach or see a control with the keyboard, tell support which page and control.
How do I close a pop-up using a keyboard?
Try Escape or move to the pop-up's Close or Cancel button with Tab, then press Enter. If focus gets stuck or does not return to the page, contact support with the name of the pop-up and your browser.
What if my session expires while I am filling in a form?
Sign in again if Worress asks you to. Save longer entries as you go where possible, since unsaved text may not survive a session expiry or page reload. If a time limit prevents you from completing something, contact support and describe the screen.
What should I do when a form shows an error?
Read the message next to the affected field or at the top of the form, correct the information and submit again. Check required fields and formats such as email addresses. If you cannot tell what needs fixing, contact support with the form name and the error text.
How do I know what a form field needs?
Look for the field label, any required marker and any hint or example shown beside it. If your entry is rejected, read the validation message and try again. If a field has no clear instruction, contact support with the screen and field name.
Where should I look when navigation changes between screens?
On wider screens, look for the main navigation and account links in the page layout; on a phone, open the compact navigation menu if the links are hidden. Use the on-screen Back control to return from a detail page. If you cannot find a section, contact support with the device and screen you are using.
What if my new password is not accepted?
Choose a longer password and follow the requirements shown on the form. If you are resetting it, the reset page asks for at least eight characters. If you still cannot continue, contact support.
What if a page looks broken or is hard to use?
Try refreshing the page and updating your browser. If the problem continues, send a support ticket with the page name, your device and browser, and what went wrong.
Why am I temporarily blocked from signing in?
Too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts can trigger a temporary security limit. Wait before trying again, check your sign-in details, or use password reset if you have forgotten your password.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
If a button, message, or part of a page is hard to find or use with assistive technology, submit a support ticket. Include the page, device, browser, assistive tool, and the step where you got stuck.
How do I protect my account after using a shared device?
Sign out when you finish on a shared device. If you think someone else knows your password, reset it and contact support about any account activity you do not recognize.
How do I reset my password?
Open Password Reset, verify your email using the code sent to you, and choose a new password. If the code does not work, request a new one or contact support.
How can I check that I am on the correct Worress website?
Check the website address in your browser before signing in, and avoid entering your password on a page you do not trust. If a link looks suspicious, open the official site yourself instead.
Where can I learn how Worress handles my data?
Read the Privacy Policy and review Privacy Settings for the controls available to your account. For questions about data storage or protection that the policy does not answer, contact support.
How do I keep my signed-in session private?
Sign out when using a shared device, and do not share your password. Your browser needs cookies for a signed-in session; if sign-in is not working, check whether your browser is blocking them.
Why can't I open an admin page?
Admin pages are restricted to authorized accounts. If you need access for your organization, ask its administrator; otherwise, use the regular account pages or contact support.
Why can I view something but not edit it?
Your organization may limit what your account can change. Ask your organization administrator if you believe you need a different level of access.
How do I ask about activity on my organization account?
If you notice unexpected changes or need an activity review, contact your organization administrator or support. Admin activity tools are not part of your regular account view.
Can I control how long my worry history is kept?
Open Privacy Settings to review the Retain History and Auto-Delete Old Data options. The auto-delete option is described there as applying to worry entries older than two years. For other retention questions, consult the Privacy Policy or support.
What should I do if I left my account signed in elsewhere?
If you still have the device, sign out there. If not, reset your password and contact support if you suspect someone else accessed your account. Do not assume changing one device's session signs out every other device.
Why do I need to sign in again on another device?
Each device may require its own sign-in. If you are prompted again, sign in with the same account to see your saved information. Contact support if repeated prompts prevent you from using the app.
What if my phone's face unlock does not work?
Use your device's usual passcode or another sign-in method offered on the screen. Worress does not provide a separate Face ID setting in its sign-in flow; if you cannot sign in, use Password Reset or contact support.
Can I sign in with my fingerprint?
Your device may offer its own password autofill or unlock features, but Worress does not show a separate Touch ID login option. Use the sign-in method offered in the app; if you have forgotten your password, open Password Reset.
What should I do if I see a 'too many requests' message?
Pause for a while before trying again. If it keeps happening during normal use, send support a ticket with the action you were taking and when it happened.
What should I do if my sign-in expires?
Sign in again when prompted, then return to what you were doing. If you are repeatedly signed out unexpectedly, contact support.
How do I see a worry I created on the web in the mobile app?
Sign in to the same account on both devices and connect to the internet. Open your worries on mobile and refresh if needed. If a recent change still does not appear, check the connection and contact support.
Can I use the same account on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Sign in to the same Worress account on each device to access supported saved information. Connect to the internet and reopen or refresh the app if a recent change is missing.
Where can I see a worry photo uploaded from my phone?
Sign in to the same account on the web and open the worry. If the photo has not appeared, check that the upload completed and that both devices have an internet connection.
Why is a recent change missing on my other device?
Make sure both devices use the same account and have an internet connection. Refresh or reopen the app and check again. If it still does not appear, contact support with the device and item involved.
Why was my request temporarily limited?
Some actions have safeguards against too many requests in a short time. Wait and retry normally; if the message keeps appearing, contact support with the action and approximate time.
Do I need to manage a sign-in token?
No. Sign in through the app and sign in again if your session expires. If that happens repeatedly while you are using Worress, contact support.

What if I edit the same worry on two devices?
Avoid editing the same worry on both devices at once. Save your change and allow it to sync before editing elsewhere. If one version appears missing, contact support with the worry and the devices involved.
What if changes made offline have not appeared elsewhere?
Reconnect to the internet and reopen the app to allow supported offline changes to sync. Check your saved items before making more changes; if anything is still missing, contact support.
Can I make photos sync only over Wi-Fi?
A Wi-Fi-only photo sync setting is not currently shown in Worress. To avoid using mobile data for uploads, connect to Wi-Fi before attaching photos to a worry.
Are the same features available on every device?
Not always. Web and mobile share many account features, but some controls depend on your device, permissions, and plan. The TV experience focuses on viewing and navigating content; add new worries from mobile instead.
Where should I look for a feature on a different device?
Use the app's navigation to find the feature you need; layouts can differ on web, phone, and TV. If you cannot find it, check whether the feature is available on that device or ask support.

Open the worry capture screen, describe what is on your mind (or add a photo), and save it. You can start without an account where guest access is offered; sign in to keep using your saved information across devices.
Can I speak instead of typing a worry?
If a microphone option is available, tap it and allow microphone access when asked. Speak clearly, review the text before saving, and use typing if your device or browser does not support speech input.
How do I get an AI breakdown of my worry?
Save your worry and choose the breakdown option when offered. Review the suggested steps and keep only what makes sense for you. AI suggestions may be limited by your plan or credits and are not professional advice.

Features may depend on your account, plan, device, or rollout. Update or reopen the app and check that you are signed in to the right account. For an organization feature, ask your administrator or support.
Where can I read the privacy policy before signing up?
Open the Privacy Policy from the site or sign-up screen to review how Worress describes its handling of your information. If a required agreement appears during sign-up, read it before continuing.
Where can I find information about how my data is used?
Read the Privacy Policy and open Privacy Settings to review available choices, including analytics and data retention. If you need more detail about a particular use of your data, contact support.
How can I review my data-sharing choices?
Open Privacy Settings to review available cookie, analytics, and marketing choices, and read the Privacy Policy for details about outside services. Contact support if you have a question about a specific kind of sharing.

The web and mobile layouts and release timing can differ. Update or reopen the app and check that you are using the same account. If you still cannot access a feature you expect, contact support.

Beri uses the planning context it can load from your account; if planning tools cannot load, retry that section. Review suggestions against your own circumstances.

Deadline Reminders and Overdue Alerts are separate preference types from an action's scheduled reminder. Open Notifications & Reminders to review scheduled alerts. The current user-facing screen does not expose switches for these two preferences, even though preference settings exist in the app's underlying implementation; do not assume dismissing an alert turns off future ones. Delivery also depends on configured channels.
